Text Box: Women’s Home Athletic Training is dedicated to providing women superior in home personal fitness training we are happy to work with any current fitness equipment that you own,  can provide the use of equipment free of charge, or help you to decide what to purchase. If you prefer we can meet in our home studio for workouts. We are available for Strength & Aerobic Training, Private Yoga, Private Zumba, & Lifestyle and Weight Loss Coaching.

Benefits of Women’s Home Athletic Training: Joining a gym is costly, monthly dues can strain your finances add hiring a personal trainer and the numbers quickly climb.  Gyms are noisy, crowded and sweaty—and most members don’t visit enough to offset these costs.  With Women’s Home Athletic Training you only pay for the time you use, you workout in the comfort of your own home with a trained and certified professional—saving you money & time.

W.H.A.T to expect: Prior to your first session we will ask what equipment you have, and gather other fitness information.  We come to your first session with a plan already designed—we don’t waste your time. 

W.H.A.T you should choose: If you know that you need constant instruction & motivation to stick with your program you can choose from packages that meet with you one, two, three or even four times per week. You can buy a mix of weeks. That means if you need to start with stronger support, you can buy a package that meets four times per week for the first week, and then scale yourself down to two times per week—whatever you need! 

Why Choose Us? : Beyond the numerous professional certifications a trainer can have there is another important factor in achieving your goals—communication and education.  Many people can workout or design a program, what success boils down to is educating and communicating with clients.  In addition to professional certifications from respected organizations, our head trainer has a degree in education and many years of speaking and communication experience to better reach clients at their level and help them attain their goals.

We support the following areas: Naperville, Lisle, Wheaton, Warrenville, Woodridge, Darien and other parts of the surrounding Western Suburbs in Illinois. Arrangements can be made for training destinations further than these areas, if you are not sure, please contact us.
